ATS Transformation Program - UK & Ireland Recruitment Workflow
I played a key role in the end-to-end testing and validation of a new ATS implementation for UK & Ireland hiring operations. Conducted extensive workflow testing across the complete recruitment lifecycle, including application management, candidate sourcing, GDPR consent, screening, interview stages, housekeeping, offer generation, and hiring workflows.
Actively tested candidate and recruiter user journeys by simulating real-time hiring scenarios to evaluate process efficiency, workflow visibility, and system functionality before production deployment. Performed detailed offer letter testing across multiple job levels and identified workflow gaps, system inconsistencies, and process-level issues, which were documented and shared with relevant stakeholders and product teams for resolution and optimization.
