 Recruitment has always been more than a profession for me—it's an opportunity to solve business challenges by connecting exceptional people with meaningful careers.

Over the last 8+ years, I have worked across the UK, Europe, India, the Middle East, and North America, partnering with global organizations to recruit top technology talent across Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Digital Engineering, Retail, and Consulting.

Throughout my career, I have successfully hired professionals ranging from Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI Specialists, Cyber Security Experts, and Product Managers to senior technology leadership roles.

However, I always believed recruiters deserved better technology.

Instead of relying solely on existing recruitment platforms, I challenged myself to understand Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, Product Design, and Frontend Development—even though I come from a non-technical background.

That journey led me to independently design and build TalentTrack, an AI-powered Recruitment Intelligence Platform that combines Applicant Tracking, Recruitment CRM, Resume Intelligence, AI-powered Candidate Matching, Recruitment Automation, and Generative AI into a unified recruitment ecosystem.

Today, my focus extends beyond hiring.

I am passionate about building AI-powered solutions that eliminate repetitive recruiter tasks, improve hiring quality, enhance candidate experience, and enable recruiters to focus on what truly matters—building relationships and making better hiring decisions.
